Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of massage therapy or completion of a foundational Thai massage course.

Course Hours: 8 weeks (40 hours comprising lectures, practical sessions, and self-study)

Course Format: In-person or online hybrid, with hands-on practice sessions and theoretical lessons.

Note: Please note that the continuing education workshops provide less theory and shorter instruction time for the practical application than the certificate and diploma programs.

  • Practitioner self-care and body mechanics

Week 3: Upper Body Techniques

  • Techniques for the head, neck, and shoulders
  • Stretching and acupressure for the arms and hands
  • Integrating breathwork with upper body massage

Week 4: Lower Body Techniques
