Thai Recipes
- 50 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp roasted cashew nuts
- 2 dried chilli with seeds in
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp wood ear straw mushrooms
- 2 stalks spring onion, cut into 1 inch long pieces
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- Heat the oil in a wok and then add mince garlic and chicken
- Add onion, wood ear mushroom and big red dried chilli, and stir together well
- Season with sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce and mix thoroughly
- Turn burner off and then add spring onion and roasted cashew nuts, mix well together
- Serve with hot jasmine rice
